Please read our terms of service carefully before booking a session.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows: If a student does not attend a scheduled session without notice ("no-show"), the full session fee will be charged.
Payments are due prior to the commencement of the session. We accept bank transfer or cash. Weekly invoices will be sent via email.
A parent or guardian over the age of 18 must be present at the home for the entire duration of the tutoring session. Our tutors reserve the right to leave immediately if they feel unsafe, and the full fee will be charged.
Please ensure you drop off and pick up your child on time. We do not have facilities to supervise children outside of their scheduled booking time.
